DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S ORDER TO GET SUPPLIES?
Yes, a doctor’s order or prescription is required for supply orders to be filled. Please contact your Wound Care Center to start the supply process.
WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY SUPPLIES?
Once we have received an order from your doctor, you should expect to receive supplies the next business day on orders received by 3:00 p.m. local time.
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO COMPRESSION STOCKINGS?
Yes, if you need compression stockings, clinicians can help you determine the appropriate size and place the order so they are delivered to your home.
ARE THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
Healogics At Home has access to a large list of insurance providers. Our team will work with your insurance carrier to verify benefits.
WHAT IF MY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER WOUND CARE SUPPLIES?
If your insurance plan does not cover the supplies, a self-pay option is also available along with payment plans.
HOW DO I GET AN ORDER/PRESCRIPTION IF MY WOUND CARE CENTER HAS TEMPORARILY CLOSED?
